If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend, ban, or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

3. Service disclaimer

All analytics, predictions, probabilities, expected-value figures, alerts, and model outputs provided on DataFC are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. DataFC does not offer financial, investment, or gambling advice. You assume all risk for any decision you make based on website content.

4. No guaranteed results or positive expected value

Nothing on the Service is a betting tip, a "lock," or a promise that you will profit. In particular:

• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any match outcome, odds movement, or model pick will occur.
• Labels such as expected value (EV), closing-line value (CLV), edge, probability, or similar metrics are statistical descriptions of data. They do not guarantee a positive expected value, a winning wager, or any financial return.
• Historical or backtested performance does not predict future performance. Sports results are uncertain.

5. Model naming disclaimer

The model (or any version) featured on DataFC is an independent, proprietary analytics algorithm named as an informal homage to football legend Ronaldinho. DataFC is an independent platform and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Ronaldinho or any of his official entities.

6. Educational and analytical purpose only

DataFC provides sports statistics, analytical models, data visualizations, and information for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only.

• No financial or betting advice: The information, predictions, and metrics provided on DataFC do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or sports betting advice.

The Service may display third-party data (such as betting odds or team logos) and links to external third-party websites. Bookmaker and odds-provider names shown on the Service, including Pinnacle, are used only to identify the source of a price. DataFC is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or officially connected with those operators or any of their brands. DataFC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Where we later display operator links, those operators are responsible for their own licences. You must only use operators that are licensed to offer services to you in your country.
